SALES TAX | We collect sales tax in California in compliance with state and federal regulations.
ORDER CHARGES | At time of purchase, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you've ordered is out-of-stock, you'll be issued a refund for that item or be placed on a backorder. Though we check all orders very carefully, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information such as credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.
ORDER CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS | Please be sure to check it twice! Once an order has been placed, we have 60 minutes to make any adjustments to the order or cancel it during our working hours of Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm. There may be times we are able to modify an order outside of the 60 minutes, so please reach our asap if you'd like to make an adjustment of any kind. Note, outside of our working hours we won't be able to stop/change/cancel any orders. Email us at email@example.com include your order number and any order changes or cancellations. Once an order has begun production, changes cannot be made or cancelled.
SHIPPING | We ship our packages the most economical route--USPS Parcel Post. In addition to USPS, we also ship via FedEx, UPS and DHL (international packages only). When your package ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Pillow covers, bed linens and pillow inserts ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS with tracking. All fabric samples are shipped via USPS regular mail with no tracking available.
Most items ship within 3-5 business days of ordering unless otherwise noted. Products from the same order may be shipped separately, with no additional shipping charges. Pillow inserts ship in 10 to 14 business days of ordering and will arrive separately from your Chloe and Olive pillow cover order.
ALASKA, HAWAII, US TERRITORIES & APO/FPO/DPO | Items ship via USPS. Limited expedited shipment is available to these areas at time of checkout. We do not ship pillow inserts to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS | Orders ship via DHL Worldwide (1-3 business days delivery) with tracking numbers (include telephone number on order). Please note that we cannot control custom delays. Pillow inserts / fillers are not eligible for international shipment. Duties/taxes/VAT/import are not included in your order total. International packages returned to Chloe & Olive because of any customs and import taxes not paid, will be given a store credit only at ChloeandOlivePillows.
DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS | We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. Taxes and duties will likely be charged on the items you order. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. We are legally obliged by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased. All international packages returned to Chloe & Olive because of any customs and import taxes not paid, will be given a store credit only at chloeandolive.com.
DELIVERY | Please verify accuracy of shipping address when placing an order. Shipped orders are unable to be altered or redirected with shipping carrier. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. For any package returned to Chloe & Olive as undeliverable or incorrect address, it will be the customers responsibility to pay all shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s).
PLEASE NOTE that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier.
RETURNS | At Chloe & Olive, all of our individually handmade pillow covers are custom made-to-order specifically for you. Unlike ‘big box’ stores, we do not carry inventory. Each item is crafted once a customer has placed an order in our studio. Due to the fact that our pillow shop handcrafts custom-made pillow covers, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage customers to place a fabric swatch order prior to purchasing our pillow covers to ensure the color / texture will work with the decor. All of our bedding linens are handcrafted and made-to-order for Chloe & Olive. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on our bed linens. Our pillow inserts are handcrafted and made-to-order for Chloe and Olive. Inserts are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Fabric samples are final sale.
ABANDONED / REFUSED ORDERS | Any order that has been refused delivery or refusal of re-shipping the items will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be given.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED ITEMS, MISSING ITEMS, ORDER ISSUES | If you receive a damaged, missing, incorrect item or issue with your order, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 3 business days of receipt. Any damages resulting in customer laundering items (we recommend dry cleaning only) will not be replaced or repaired.
