At Chloe & Olive, all of our individually handmade pillow covers are custom sewn-to-order specifically for you. Unlike ‘big box’ stores, we do not carry inventory. Each item is crafted once a customer has placed an order in our studio. Due to the fact that our pillow shop handcrafts custom-made pillow covers, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
For customers who want a one-stop-shop convenience, we do offer pillow inserts that are handcrafted and sewn-to-order for Chloe & Olive. Inserts are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. Please view our sizing guide for selecting a proper fit.
All of our bedding linens are handcrafted and made-to-order for Chloe & Olive. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on our bed linens.
Please verify accuracy of sizes before submitting your order. Contact hello@chloeandolive.com prior to ordering if you have any questions. Once an order has begun production, changes cannot be made or cancelled. We strongly encourage customers to place a fabric swatch order prior to purchasing our pillow covers to ensure the color / texture will work with the decor.
How to order fabric swatches from Chloe and Olive
We try our best to photograph and capture the true fabric details of all of our pieces offered on our website, but sometimes you just need to see and feel the fabric in your home. While we wish all monitors showed colors in the same way and as true to life as possible, different monitors and mobile devices display colors differently. With that in mind, we've made it simple to order our 4x4 inch fabric swatches. Browse though our fabrics, click and add to your shopping cart for free complimentary shipping!
Fabric swatches will be sent from our Los Angeles or San Francisco studios via US Postal Service within a day or two, so you can expect deliver within three to five days. Fabric swatches are final sale.
