Pillow Covers | All handcrafted, sewn-to-order pillow covers ship within 3-5 business days from ordering unless otherwise noted. Products from the same order may be shipped separately, with no additional shipping charges. Free standard shipping will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post. Additional shipping options are available with UPS and FedEx. All packages include tracking numbers. Once an order has begun production, changes cannot be made or cancelled.
Fabric Samples | All fabric samples are shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS regular mail with no tracking available.
Pillow Inserts | Our pillow inserts are handcrafted and sewn-to-order for Chloe & Olive will ship within 10-14 business days after ordering unless otherwise noted. Packages ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. Inserts will arrive separately from your Chloe & Olive pillow cover order. Shipping upgrades are unavailable. Once an order has begun production, changes cannot be made or cancelled.
Bedding Linens | Our bedding linens are handcrafted and made-to-order for Chloe & Olive will ship within 3-5 business days from ordering unless otherwise noted.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories & APO/FPO/DPO | Items ship via USPS. Limited expedited shipment is available to these areas at time of checkout. We do not ship pillow inserts to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO.
International Shipments to Australia, Canada & New Zealand | Currently unavailable. Orders ship via DHL with tracking information (1-3 business days delivery - include telephone number on order). Pillow inserts / fillers are not eligible for international shipment. Duties/taxes/VAT/import/handling fees are NOT included in your order total. We are not in control of any country-specific tariffs and duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If taxes and duties are placed on your package by officials, the fees will be your responsibility. We are legally obligated by Border Agencies to show the original price of any item(s) purchased.
Please verify accuracy of shipping address when placing an order. | Shipped orders are unable to be altered or redirected with shipping carrier. Original shipping fee is non-refundable. For any package returned to Chloe & Olive as undeliverable or incorrect address, it will be the customers responsibility to pay all shipping charges associated with re-shipping the item(s).
Delivered Packages | To ensure your package is delivered to your safely, we recommend selecting 'signature required' as the shipping option during the checkout process. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier. We do offer signature required for delivery at checkout free of charge.
Sales Tax | We charge local sales tax for orders shipping to California.
Order changes and Cancellations | Please be sure to check it twice! Once an order has been placed, we have 60 minutes to make any adjustments to the order or cancel it during our working hours of Monday - Friday 7am to 5pm. There may be times we are able to modify an order outside of the 60 minutes, so please reach our asap if you'd like to make an adjustment of any kind. Note, outside of our working hours we won't be able to stop/change/cancel any orders. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org include your order number and any order changes or cancellations. Once an order has begun production, changes cannot be made or cancelled. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
