Our made-to-order throw pillow covers are handcrafted in 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Every handmade Chloe & Olive pillow cover is sewn and shipped from our Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA studio.
4-7 business days after an order has been placed. This does not include weekend or holidays. Faster shipping options are available for purchase during the checkout process. We ship directly from our studios in Los Angeles and San Francisco, CA via USPS.
Inserts / cushions are not included. Each pillow cover is individually handmade and finished with our signature exposed brass zipper so you can slip the cover over your existing pillow insert.

The actual finished size of all of our pillow covers are the exact dimension listed. So our 20x20” pillow cover is finished at 20"x 20".

We recommend feather down inserts to fill our covers for a luxurious and full looking pillow. Our general recommendation for square covers is to choose inserts 2" larger than the cover size. For lumbar pillow covers, select the same size or an insert one inch larger than cover size.

Remove pillow cover from existing insert / cushion. Use a firm tape measure and do not measure diagonally or across its center. It would be helpful to have someone else hold the pillow insert / cushion while you take measurements.
• Step 1: grasp the top and bottom corners of the pillow insert and pull the pillow insert tight.
• Step 2: measure the pillow’s height, from top to bottom, along the edge of the pillow insert.
• Step 3: Grasp the left and right corners of the pillow insert and pull the fabric tight.
• Step 4: measure the pillow’s width, from left to right, along the edge of the pillow insert.
